The Ballygarrett Community take Christmas very seriously and each year a group of volunteers put up the festive decorations, christmas lights and organise a very special visit by Santa Claus who hands out gifts to the children of the area.

It is a wonderful tradition going back years. The committee start planning early in the year, fund raise to maintain and upgrade the lights and decorations and co-ordinate with the North Pole for Santa’s visit.

If you would like to help bring a little extra magic to the village at Christmas.
