Church of Our Lady Star of the Sea, Ballygarrett

Mass Time Changes:  Due to the rapidly declining number of priests in the Diocese of Ferns, the Parish of Ballygarrett is now part of a new cluster of parishes with Kilmuckridge/Monamolin, Blackwater, Oulart/Ballaghkeene and Monageer/Boolavogue. This new ‘Pastoral Area’ of eight churches will be served initially by five priests.

In order to facilitate a situation where any three of those priests can serve the entire area on any given week-end, the Mass times in all of these churches have had to be amended. Every church has lost at least one week-end Mass, and some have lost two.

Consequently, beginning on the week-end of 25^th/26^th February 2023, the week-end Masses in Ballygarrett Church will be on Saturday evening at 6.00pm and on Sunday morning at 10.00am.

Please note that there will no longer be 11.00am Mass on Sunday morning.

Weekday Mass will be at 9.30am.

Mass on Bank Holidays & Holydays at 10.00am.
